Urgent attention when a roof has been opened up by storm damage, impact or a sudden active leak.

Emergency work is about limiting further damage: stopping water entering, making the affected area safe, and getting the building back to a stable condition.

A permanent repair is normally scoped afterwards, once the roof can be assessed properly in daylight and safe conditions.
